If you received direct notice of this Settlement by mail, you do not need to submit a claim. A payment will automatically be sent to you when and if the Court grants final approval to the Settlement.
If you did not receive notice of the Settlement by mail but believe you are a Class Member as defined below, you may submit a Claim Form to request a cash payment. Claim Forms must be mailed so that it is received no later than October 26, 2026.
The Court has defined the Class this way: “All current and former hourly, non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant or its predecessor FN Logistics, Inc. in California at any time from January 13, 2019, through December 31, 2024 (the “Class Period”), as well as any and all temporary employees who worked for Defendant or its predecessor at any of their California locations during the Class Period and who were hired or placed through any temporary or staffing agencies.”
Additionally, PAGA Members are defined as: “All Class Members who worked for Defendant or its predecessor or at any of their California locations at any time from October 2, 2021, through December 31, 2024 (the ‘PAGA Period’).”
Claim Forms must be mailed through the United States Postal Service so that it is received by the Settlement Administrator no later than October 26, 2026. You must support your claim by sending copies of pay stubs or other records that prove you worked the number of work weeks during the Class Period that you claim. Do not send originals, the documents you send will not be returned to you. Please mail your completed Claim Form and any supporting documentation to:
